In the central management system of smart building, the subsystems in building control include water supply circulation system, parking lot control, environmental management, space management, various fire control, access control and CCTV. Besides, ‘’6+1 system’’ related to power, from air conditioning, elevator and lighting of traditional buildings of traditional buildings to the energy storage system, renewable energy system, charging and 5G base transceiver station.
